THE PROCESS
STEP 1
Discovery & Situation Analysis– Get all data. Analyze both the internal and external business climate. Identify the biggest threats, find biggest opportunities. Create solutions and best practices, limit the liabilities, take advantage of current opportunities.
STEP 2
Report & Planning- Document all of our findings and distribute the information. Create a case study detailing specific causes of problems with specific recommendations of action.
STEP 3
Solution Design & Delivery- Work with the board and management team to strategy and implement the new solutions.
STEP 4
Follow Up & Measure Results- Follow up with organization at two different stages to check status.
